On service day I was greeted by a tech who who promptly set up my Jeep for the appointment. In addition to the L.O.F. I needed several other items that needed attention. After less than an hour and a half my car was done and the bill did not "break the bank." If you want prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service I would highly recommend "David Dodge." More

They all seemed very willing to go the extra mile to get you in the car you want without being pushy or aggressive. I spoke with David Kelleher (owner) during the process and it only proved that everyone at the dealership is helpful and accommodating from the top down. Bad customer service I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the fac I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the facility I noticed that my sons car seat had been detached. They must have moved it to get to a pet that was recalled and never put it back, or notify me that it had been unhooked. I received a message from an answering machine that I do not regularly check that a part had arrived for my car. I was not aware at the time of my initial visit that one of the recalls was not fixed as a part had to be ordered. Upon calling David dodge to ask about said delivered part, they informed me that it had to be taken care of right away. Needless to say I was never made aware of the recalls in the first place, or the fact that I would need to come back due to lack of equipment to fix the recall. More
