I usually get good customer service, not this time When I went to pick my vehicle up I was ignored so I finally walked up to the counter payed for car and was told someone would pull it around. I then had to wait another 10 min before I saw my car come around no one ever said anything to me so I walked outside myself I was handed my keys and that was it. More

Very good service and service greeters. Arrived at appointment time, car worked in immediately. Appointment was for an oil change. Mechanics found a axel seal leak and repaired it. Worst service ever First off they have a speedy lane for quick oil change, went there and was told there was a two hour wait, so I made appt for following week. Was there for two hours with a scheduled Appt.. Oil change and rotate tires, I marked one of my tires because when I asked them in previous visits to rotate tires and noticed they didn’t do it, had no proof so couldn’t really complain! When Jeep was finished they gave me paper work and told me tires had been rotated. When I went to get in Jeep mark was still on same tire so I went back in and said you did not rotate my tires, it was written on paperwork from the mechanics!!! The service desk guy went back and got the mechanic and he came out and said I didn’t see that on the paper work!!!! I call xxxxxxxx 2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires and then had to retake the Jeep back and rotate the tires for real! I go here because with my Jeep I get two free oil changes and tire rotation a year! If it wasn’t for that I would never go there for service and pay for it! They give you a paperwork for there 20 point inspection that is never done either, three times have gone in with no windshield wiper fluid and three times have gotten Jeep back without wiper fluid in it, three times paperwork said it was fine!!! Don’t understand how this is a 5 star dealer. More

Top Notch Customer Service I had an intermittent issue with my navigation system. Problems of this nature can be difficult to duplicate and could possibly require several trips I had an intermittent issue with my navigation system. Problems of this nature can be difficult to duplicate and could possibly require several trips to the service department. Not so in my case. I initially contacted Alesha Toanone and explained my problem and as usual Alesha took a courteous and professional approach to my unique situation and suggested I stop by unannounced when the issue presents itself. A few days later I experienced the issue with the navigation system, drove straight to David Dodge and was greeted by Alesha. She allowed me to pull right in and had Paul Boden (a service advisory) take my information. Within a few minutes Wayne Bayes looked me up in the waiting area and we both went to my truck. Within a very short time Wayne had diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary replacement.part. I was told the part should arrive the following Tuesday and even though they were about to have major floor resurfacing work done in the service bay that was going to limit them down to 4 bays, he said they would try to squeeze me in. Just like clockwork the part arrived within two business days and I received a call from the parts department who kindly transferred me over to the service department to make an appointment. I requested Thursday AM and explained I would just wait while the part was replaced. I arrived first thing Thursday morning, the service adviser (Branden Wright), checked me in and I proceeded to the waiting area. Just as promised I noticed my truck was pulled out of the service bay in a little over one hour. I walked back in to the service area and saw my adviser was on the phone. While waiting my turn, Bob Mistichelli offered his assistance. Within a short amount of time I was handed my keys, shook a few hands, and off I went. Not only do I appreciate the courteous and timely assistance, I especially like the teamwork approach that David Dodge provides. More
