Price was outrageous I went into the shop for a check engine light. I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that there was an issue with one of the spark plugs. They w I went into the shop for a check engine light. I waited almost an hour for them to tell me that there was an issue with one of the spark plugs. They were recommending all brand new spark plugs and were attempting to charge me just shy of $400. I called one local maintenance shop and was told that seemed like a lot. I brought it over and had it done for $110 and was told I didn’t need all new spark plugs (just 3 to keep it running smoothly). I told the representative at the front that I would take it elsewhere and it took another 40 minutes to close it up. I was charged almost $100 in just labor to look at the car and read a machine (obviously, I’m over-simplifying). Just seems a bit ridiculous, and I was going to be overcharged for everything else. They are nice and courteous there (no problems with anyone I worked with), but it just seemed like a ripoff. More
