Brian Francis had excellent product knowledge and was very helpful with facilitating our purchase. Jan McGill was very efficient with the sales agreement and related documents. We just received our title and tags in the mail. We had one problem that caused concern and followup. The brakes on the Jeep gave wheel vibration and the discs had to be serviced. It was very apparent when braking at higher speeds. We did not note it when doing a brief test drive at slow speeds. The service department solved this at one appointment with recognition and thanks to Dana Violi. We've driven our new Cherokee Jeep over 1,000 miles now and enjoy all it's advanced features. Welcoming Dealership I had a great car buying experience recently at David Dodge. I had contacted them through their internet department and the woman got us set up with I had a great car buying experience recently at David Dodge. I had contacted them through their internet department and the woman got us set up with an appointment to test drive. When we arrived they had the specific car I wanted to look at ready to go out front for a test drive. Anthony Jordan answered all of our questions about the vehicle. I also told Anthony and the manager upon leaving that evening that we had one other vehicle to look at until we made a decision. They were not pushy at all. They also put together a very aggressive deal. We did not purchase the vehicle until a month later and was never harassed with phone calls or anything. On the day we picked up the car we were there for less than two hours. In that two hours we did all the paper work and went over everything on the new car. On a side note we were already using David Dodge to service another vehicle and have been very satisfied. More
