Needed my car inspected in a hurry. I needed my car inspected quickly. I thought I had it inspected in February but that was just an oil change and service. My car is now five years old and I travel quite a distance to have the service done every 3,000 miles at David Dodge. I have a Chrysler Dodge dealership five minutes from my home in Springfield Pennsylvania but I wouldn't take her any other place but David. They always exceed my expectations. More

Sales pitch After 10 months of waiting, not any fault of David Dodge, I finally got my appointment for a Safety Recall repair of the passenger air bag. The service people worked on my car for unrelated reasons without permission telling me that I needed more work done, of course at a high hourly rate. Tag light out? It wasn't, just corroded. I fixed it with a rag. This is on the other end of the car. I did not authorize any other work. I would like to bring my car in for service but not if it is going to be inspected without my permission. I became a little upset that I was being "pressured" into something I did not want and for some unknown reason, my slip could not be printed out so I do not know who worked on my car. More

I returned to the person helping me and asked what it was for and he said rotation and oil change. I asked why hadn't anyone checked my car's maintenance recored while they had had it for two days? I explained I only had 30 minutes more and he said they could do the tire rotation. I went into the waiting room and entered the Jeep App to record my information and ran into trouble entering the data. I returned to the same person and he said he didn't know anything about it and had never seen it. None of the others in the shop were able to help either. I returned to the waiting room. 25 minutes later he returned and apologized that they wouldn't be able to get the tires done and I would have to come back at another time. I travel 40 minutes to get to David Dodge and it is very difficult to fit in with my schedule. More
