It was only Upon arrival at David that I realized there was more than price it was about the experience which only got better. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and there was no hidden cost or fees. Being that I did most of my negotiations via email and phone I was nervous there would be some details missed but there wasn't. Quickest purchase experience ever I walked in at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, an hour before closing and walked out within an hour. Brad the salesman was perfect. Brad knew how much of a hurry I was in and finished everything quicker then I've ever experienced and am very satisfied with my new Jeep. Excellent buying experience Sales person Ed was easy to work with. He tried to find the vehicle I wanted, but was unsuccessful. We worked out a great deal on an in stock one that Sales person Ed was easy to work with. He tried to find the vehicle I wanted, but was unsuccessful. Great sales, sucky service I bought a used Dodge Ram pickup truck here a few months back, and the salesman (Jason) was great to deal with. However, I needed to get a few things I bought a used Dodge Ram pickup truck here a few months back, and the salesman (Jason) was great to deal with. However, I needed to get a few things fixed before the warranty expired so I dropped my truck off with the promise that it would be done in 2 days. Well, 2 days later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called to ask why. Some snotty little brat service person said the truck still hadn't been looked at. When I asked him why, he didn't say anything...his silence on the other end was so long that I thought he had hung up. When he did come back on, he told me that my truck hadn't even been looked at yet. So I gave him an earful and told him that I'd be up to pick up my truck anyway because I need it for work. I get up there and the guy I spoke to was nowhere to be found. Another guy helped me and said my truck was done, and that whoever I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about. So they go get my truck just to find out that one of the things they were supposed to fix wasn't even fixed. Instead of taking it back, I'll pay for it myself. It's like a bunch of children running things in the service department. More
