Bad customer service I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the fac I was in for an oil change. I was not notified that there were recalls on my vehicle until I checked in with the service advisor. Upon leaving the facility I noticed that my sons car seat had been detached. They must have moved it to get to a pet that was recalled and never put it back, or notify me that it had been unhooked. I received a message from an answering machine that I do not regularly check that a part had arrived for my car. I was not aware at the time of my initial visit that one of the recalls was not fixed as a part had to be ordered. Upon calling David dodge to ask about said delivered part, they informed me that it had to be taken care of right away. Needless to say I was never made aware of the recalls in the first place, or the fact that I would need to come back due to lack of equipment to fix the recall. More

I went for an oil change and to fix a headlight and nothing I went in to get my oil changed and a headlight repaired (intermittent failure). A week after the repair I noticed the headlight is not working again I went in to get my oil changed and a headlight repaired (intermittent failure). A week after the repair I noticed the headlight is not working again (they said the wire harness was crushed. Since I had just bought the truck 6 months before, they agreed to fix for free) and my truck is now leaking a lot of oil (wasn't before). I think the oil filter was not screwed on all the way. Really shoddy work. More

Not impressed My 2014 vehicle was brought in after purchasing it, used, for several issues that were known at time of purchase. The front window tint had to be removed due to DE laws. My Durango was there for two full days. When I went to pick it up, I signed it out and got into my vehicle. I immediately checked to see if the lights were working and its a good thing I did because they were NOT! Went back in, informed the 2 employees who signed me out, sat around for a while while the technician checked the vehicle again. Luckily, turns out that he did not hit the reset button or something... My question was this: didnt the 2 people who signed off on this job check to see that the whole purpose for it being there for 2 days was actually fixed? Many apologies were offered and I was on my way. Upon my arrival home, I went to roll down the window and It was noisy and sticky due to the poor removal of the window tint. The surface area that could be seen was removed but all the edges of tint film were jagged and still adhered to the window causing the window to stick, make noise and appear poorly finished. My husband spent time doing the job properly the next day. Overall, disappointed with our technician. More

Bad Customer Service The employees culture is flawed. They do not strive to assist customers. Promised a shuttle would be available to pick me up and retrieve vehicle. When I called to be picked up I'm told the driver had a family emergency. and there was no shuttle service for the rest of day. A business should not make promises it cant keep and only have one person to provide a service they promised. I lost time at work the next day due to their poor business practices. More
