Better Communication Needed I called in about a leak in my softtop on my jeep and they told me to bring it in on a specific day late afternoon. I brought it when scheduled to be I called in about a leak in my softtop on my jeep and they told me to bring it in on a specific day late afternoon. I brought it when scheduled to be told that I needed to come back the following Tuesday. This was a major inconvenience and Frustrated me, as I planned my day and week around this and every time it rained, it soaked my jeep. They did accommodate with a rental, which wasn't even close to a jeep, but at least did that at their expense. I got my jeep back and a few days later when it rained, it was leaking again. Apparently the problem wasn't resolved but I refuse to pay for repairs when I have am extended bumper to bumper warranty and just purchased this vehicle a year ago. They failed to tell me when bringing it in that is was not covered, nor did they call with a price before the so called repairs. After disputing this, they did a 1 time courtesy. Now I know why.....it still leaks. They need to communicate with their customers regarding what's covered under warranty and what isn't, before scheduling service and also once vehicle is brought in and checked, call the customer before repairing something to make sure the price is astronomical and the customer isn't caught off guard. I wish I knew about the service dept before purchasing from here. The sales dept was great so I assumed so was service. WRONG! More

NEW car towed back to the dealer, repairs made to NEW car I purchased a new 2016 challanger with 83 miles on it, had it only 10 days and it over heated and dropped the plug and all the fluid. Now it is in the I purchased a new 2016 challanger with 83 miles on it, had it only 10 days and it over heated and dropped the plug and all the fluid. Now it is in the shop after being towed back to the dealership. A new car with these kind of issues is not good, had repairs made at the dealer at no cost to me, with a rental car 5 days. Major repairs to a brand new car are still unsatisfactory no matter who is at fault. Chrysler would not step up to the plate and take care of the problem, they left it to the dealer to come up with a solution..Just have to hope this wont happen again ????????? More
