As good as it gets! I knew what I wanted. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had leased for three years. I got other bids. I went to David Dodge and told them what/whe I knew what I wanted. They gave me a drastically lower payment that the other dealers for the same down payment and term. They did not waste my time. They EXCEEDED my expectations. More

Horrible I Purchased the parts for the repair on 2/13/17. Came to have repairs completed on 2/17/17. I was there for over 3 hours, before I was told all the parts were not ordered. May I add I paid $700 initially. Now it's said I need to pay an additional $400. I felt like my time wasn't valued, I felt misinformed, and the customer service was poor. And to add to all this, customers had dogs in the waiting room (not service dogs) so my allergies were a mess. I love animals but they don't love me. Unfortunately, I have to go back. After the repairs are complete, I WILL NEVER RETURN!! I also think I shouldn't be forced to give one star... More

Very friendly salesman, and he took me in to see the vehicle in the detail shop. Salesman used the line that someone is already interested in buying the vehicle but wanted to talk to me about it in the showroom. Of course no one else was interested in buying it at this time. Didnt like the way they tell you by showing you payment options and not the price you pay. I still bought the vehicle. The truck did have a large dent in the hood which they said they would pay for and give me a loaner during that time. No one ever called to set up a time for me to bring it in I had to call them. A week later I brought the truck in for repair the sales manager told me two days in the body shop plus they agreed to give me a full detail including steam cleaning the engine and using the ionizer to help get rid of the smoke smell in the truck. Well they had the car for ten days. Never steam cleaned the engine service manager said he doesn't like to clean the engines because it's bad for them and never used the ionizer to get rid of the smell. Three days later the car smelled like cigarette smoke again. Took it to a detail shop close to wher I lived and they actually laughed at the detail job that was done. Now I have to pay to have it done myself. Maybe spending 20k and having tier one credit wasn't good enough for them. Also they did five hard credit inquires for this purchase and they try very hard to push you into an extended warranty package and gap insurance. I ended up changing my financing to State Farm where I have my car insured and they matched the financing and they include gap insurance at no additional charge. They are just another large high volume car dealership that doesn't seem to care about the little guy!! More

After mentioning two minor issues with washer fluid and inspection stickers and expressing concern about a battery, all were fixed immediately and Jim Atkins and Jan McGill added a bonus of Essential Care Plus for 3 years on both cars. They both went above and beyond to make things right and the extra service really proves that they care about their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Many, many thanks to David Dodge for the positive car buying experience!!! More

While I was not able to make a deal - Melissa Haas, Chris Graff, & Bill Joyner were more than helpful to me. While I am sad, I do not have the vehicle of my dreams - it is by no means their fault and they sure did go above and beyond. I found this dealership, which is quite a distance from my home, because of the commercials done by David, the owner - when he says he wants to make you his dealer - it is absolutely true and resonates to his staff members. Regardless of your situation - this team will make you feel great about ever walking into the dealership doors. I have had a rough road of it - raising 5 kids by myself - getting them in college, so I have hit some financial road blocks along the way, but always pulled myself back out. My perseverance to succeed regardless of the situation is unfounded, and I can tell you - this group of staff members - did the same for me. You are in great hands - this is the first time in my life - I actually enjoyed my experience in a dealership. Thank you again Melissa, Chris, & Bill for doing all you could to help me! She then brought Ed B. over and introduced him and he was my salesman. I also dealt with Chris in finance who was equally as friendly and helpful. I've never experienced a dealership who treated you like family the second you entered the door and went above and beyond. I returned after my purchase in early December to bring them all holiday gifts because they couldn't do enough for me and I wanted them to all know I truly appreciated my experience and will refer everyone I know to this dealership, always. Ed Belonga really nice person enjoyed the conversations with him,He knew the vehicle and gave me a great narrative as to its workings and advised that I can call or come to the agency at anytime to go over any questions. Chris in finance true professional. Dawn Hopson- cannot say enough about what she did for me. they made my visits to the dealership a pleasure.
