Good overall experience once I got to the service center I had to bring my vehicle in for yet another recall and a check engine light. The Service person was very courteous and prompt on attending to me whe I had to bring my vehicle in for yet another recall and a check engine light. The Service person was very courteous and prompt on attending to me when I pulled in. Upon my request, she provided paperwork regarding service history of my vehicle. The only reason I did not provide a 5 star rating is as follows. When I originally called for the appointment (different service person) I asked to have my windshield repaired as well. I was told no problem but then found out that this service was only provided on a specific day. Fortunately the windshield repair person happened to be there and my service person was able to get him to repair the windshield at his location, just a short drive away. This was great but I am not 100% sure the repair was done properly. Now, I have never had a windshield repaired before but I expected it to be a little less visible than it turned out. More

On service day I was greeted by a tech who who promptly set up my Jeep for the appointment. In addition to the L.O.F. I needed several other items that needed attention. After less than an hour and a half my car was done and the bill did not "break the bank." If you want prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service I would highly recommend "David Dodge." More
