Two new vehicles in a row. Both lemons. I leased a new Jeep Renegade that had a bearing noise and the rear wheels would hop on turns. Went to the service dept. and was told Jeep knows about the problem and they have no solution yet. 8 months into the lease I went back to see if they had a solution yet, and they did not. I asked them to get me out of the vehicle and they said they couldn't. Until a couple weeks later when they said they needed to sell a truck and they could help me now. I was put in a new Dodge Ram. It was leased in the evening. The next morning I inspected the body to make sure there were no defects. I found that they had buffed through the clear coat and a dent in the bed. Also multiple areas.of the paint had dirt in it. I have had to go back to the dealer for body repairs on average every other week for over a year. IT'S STILL NOT FIXED! While I've had the truck all of the coolant hoses have been replaced due to an additive that reacts with the rubber on the hoses. It smelled like a dead animal. They broke a vacuum line while doing that repair and i.had to go back again. Multiple occasions the reverse camera stopped working. Then I had a friend of mine look at the paperwork for the lease and he said I had $4,000.00 rolled over from the Jeep that I didn't notice. Please read all document closely. Buyers beware of David Dodge. More

Over one month later still waiting to get my spare installed and other modifications! There is no communication between service, sales and customer service! If you have to go to this dealer talk to Emilio he has your back so he says...😕 More
No pressure experience! Jerry could not have been nicer! He treated me with respect and kindness. There was no pressure and he was very patient with me. He was professional & couldn't have been more charming! I was out in a decent time; I informed him my daughter would be coming in later that day. She was even more impressed than me!! Last Friday evening her car died in DE, so I called & spoke to Bob. He was so nice about telling me to come up on a busy Friday evening in order to get my daughter taken care of. When we got there, Ric greeted my daughter immediately & took care of us. They replaced the battery promptly. Ric & Bob took my already great impression of David and took it to a new level. Keep up the good work!! You both were lovely! More
Surprisingly responsive. I would simply like to comment on the fact that on several occasions I have had an "emergency", in which I needed immediate, unscheduled repairs done I would simply like to comment on the fact that on several occasions I have had an "emergency", in which I needed immediate, unscheduled repairs done to my Jeep Wrangler. A wait of a day or two for the repair would have been extremely inconvenient. On almost every occasion I have pulled up, been diagnosed, and given an estimate in a short time - usually less than an hour. In addition, in most cases, the repair has been made on-the-spot. I have even pulled up at 8:30 p m and had my problem fixed to the point where I was able to get to work the next day without a hitch. That is Customer Service! Thank you! More
Fixed something that was not broken. Not happy with this service visit. I mentioned that I heard a sound coming from the rear of the car. It took two days to attempt to figure it out. Not happy with this service visit. I mentioned that I heard a sound coming from the rear of the car. It took two days to attempt to figure it out. I was told the sound was due to bad tire bearings. The bearings were replaced, 400-600 dollars later, I pickup the car and the sound is still there. I find out after reading the service report paper that the front bearing was replaced. I brought the car back the next week, and service too ride with me in the car and heard the sound that I heard and believed it was due to uneven tire wear. Resurfaced the rear rotors, sound still exists. At this point, I can live with the sound, just wish I had my 400-600 dollars and the old bearings back. Will not bring any of my three cars back here for service, only oil changes. More
