Post service update @ David Dodge I recently was in to have the service team analyze my vehicle. I have a 2016 Cherokee and the check engine light was randomly coming on. I had been there about 3 weeks ago and the same issue re-occured.. Of course I felt that the service team would probably think I was a crack pot or something but Shann listened to my concern and reassured me the issue would be taken care, This is the kind of service and level of comfort that all clients should have. Shann has great listening skills, excellent customer service engagement and makes it easy doing business with him.
