2nd New Vehicle from David We've been looking to get a Durango since November. We had gone the online route because we dread the back and forth in the dealership. Dealing with Alyssa through email was great, she answered questions and provided info quickly. After we came to agreeable terms on our new car, we made an appointment to come in at night after work. Jerry had all the paperwork ready to go and we started getting that done. Ken took over while Jerry went to speed things along with making sure the car was ready and our package was moving through the finance department.Tim was great and had us out of there in fifteen minutes. Jerry then took us out to the go over how the car operates, explained all the features and provide different pointers on how all the menus on the computer system worked. We couldn't be happier with how our transaction turned out. I had already had a great experience with Ken when I purchased my Ram truck last year. So with all this stated I highly recommend the whole staff ! More
