State Inspection Went in for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Failed the state inspection because I needed new tires. Was charged at that visit for a Went in for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Failed the state inspection because I needed new tires. Was charged at that visit for a tire rotation even though they did not rotate the tires because I was going to get new ones a week later. I was told at that visit that I would get a credit for the rotation next week when I came back. Went back a week later for four new tires. Was told the visit would take approximately 2 hours. Visit took 3:45 hours. Service manager did not note that I was due a tire rotation credit, luckily I had the receipt from the week before that had the credit written on it. I was given the credit. Unfortunately, after passing inspection with the new tires, the stickers were not changed on the windshield. So I went back the next day to get the stickers and a different service advisor told me it will be another 45 minutes because they had to run the car through inspection again. I left at that point because of my frustration and that I did not have another 45 minutes to wait. I will be going back today to get my inspection stickers. I have spoken to my service advisor, and he assures me that I will be there for 5 or 10 minutes to have the stickers switched. We shall see. I have been to David Dodge service many times, and this was an isolated incident, but it has been a frustrating one. More

Honest and Accomodating! I have been to David Dodge a few times to have my Jeep worked on. They have always had wonderful customer service and pleasant to work with. I have had both Dana and Rick as service advisors, and they have always been upfront with what I needed and what I didn't with no pressure to add anything unnecessary to the bill. This past visit they replaced a part on the Jeep which we thought was the cause of the issue and when it turned out it wasn't I brought the Jeep back in, they reexamined and found the right source of the issue and refunded me for the original part they replaced. It was a great experience and they have kept me as a customer because of it! More
