The service people worked on my car for unrelated reasons without permission telling me that I needed more work done, of course at a high hourly rate. Tag light out? It wasn't, just corroded. I fixed it with a rag. This is on the other end of the car. I did not authorize any other work. I would like to bring my car in for service but not if it is going to be inspected without my permission. I became a little upset that I was being "pressured" into something I did not want and for some unknown reason, my slip could not be printed out so I do not know who worked on my car. More

A Recent Repair While satisfied that my repairs were covered under my warranty, while I was standing in line to check out I received an email that I was due for servi While satisfied that my repairs were covered under my warranty, while I was standing in line to check out I received an email that I was due for service. I returned to the person helping me and asked what it was for and he said rotation and oil change. I asked why hadn't anyone checked my car's maintenance recored while they had had it for two days? I explained I only had 30 minutes more and he said they could do the tire rotation. I went into the waiting room and entered the Jeep App to record my information and ran into trouble entering the data. I returned to the same person and he said he didn't know anything about it and had never seen it. None of the others in the shop were able to help either. I returned to the waiting room. 25 minutes later he returned and apologized that they wouldn't be able to get the tires done and I would have to come back at another time. I travel 40 minutes to get to David Dodge and it is very difficult to fit in with my schedule. More

It was only Upon arrival at David that I realized there was more than price it was about the experience which only got better. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and there was no hidden cost or fees. Being that I did most of my negotiations via email and phone I was nervous there would be some details missed but there wasn't. This place gives you the very best price right up front and doesn't add anything at the closing table. A different way to buy a car which is much appreciated in the world of car buying. Quickest purchase experience ever I walked in at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, an hour before closing and walked out within an hour. Brad the salesman was perfect. No "hovering" over me as I walked around the lot. This is the 3rd Jeep Wrangler I bought at David and I also referred a friend who I also believe will be coming back in the future. Brad knew how much of a hurry I was in and finished everything quicker then I've ever experienced and am very satisfied with my new Jeep. I also came back a couple days later to get the DuPont coating put on. I was given a loaner vehicle for 24 hours which was also done flawlessly. More
