Impressive service response My left front turn signal has been out for over a week and I was in the area for a doctors appointment, so on an impulse, I called David Dodge's My left front turn signal has been out for over a week and I was in the area for a doctors appointment, so on an impulse, I called David Dodge's service department to see if they could "squeeze" me in. The pleasant service representative said we are a little busy but I think we can take care of your problem, bring it in. To make a long story short, she signed me in, I went to the customer's lounge and read my Kindle Paperwhite and in less than an hour the turn signal was repaired and I was on my way. After this time around I was even more impressed, they were so nice, efficient, and fast! My car was inspected in less than 4 hours (I rented a car from them too b/c I didn't think it would be done so quick) my the inspection - by far, cheapest I've ever had. They were no B.S. (i.e. need new tires, rotors, etc) I'm a girl, I get taken advantage of all the time with that stuff. And the rental car...only $35/day!!! I've now had 2 great experiences there, and will definitely be going back. After I got my bill, I was so happy with the price, and how quick they got me outta there, I turned around and told them all they were the best as I was leaving their shop...I meant it! More
