David dodge never gave us the friend and family discount $700 and rebate was $500 less. The original negotiation on my fiancée Dodge Journey MSRP $2400 with $4000 rebate was insulting. The salesmen David Manning request she Pay $690 per month for 36 months totaling $28000. I'm not sure how he could possibly want is to pay $28000 for a car with $20,000 with a credit rating just below 800. Buyer beware, this dealership will try and rob you, bring a calculator and common sense. What he wrote down I assumed translated to the final paperwork but after taking a closer look when we got home we noticed we never got the $4700 (rebate and friend and family discount, he only gave us $3500. Always ask to see the final paperwork and review it prior to leaving Bc what he wrote down in front of us didn't match the pink slip (cost breakout). Our excitement for New vehicles got the best of us., we assumed which is the worse mistake you can make. $1200 on the journey n $700 on my Cherokee totals $1900 david dodge got us for. My family purchased 3 cars from them and we won't be coming back. More

Excellent Experience I came in to look at cars not needing to buy on. I've never experienced it a dealership where the Sales Manager comes out and talk with the customer I came in to look at cars not needing to buy on. I've never experienced it a dealership where the Sales Manager comes out and talk with the customer to try to help them get what they want. Bill Joyner was very helpful, very understanding and did everything that he could to help me get the car that I wanted. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Coming into a dealer and be treated the way we were by him is something very rare but it makes you want to tell your friends so that they will have the same kind of experience that you did. He was not pushy in any kind of way, he made myself and my 6 year old son feel very welcome. This dealership is very family oriented. I saw a lot of things that none of the other dealers have. I just wanted take the time to thank Bill for everything that he has done and even after we purchased the car he still was there for the little things that needed to be fixed. I didn't have to keep calling him he put us first as the customers and made us feel important even after the purchase. We enjoyed doing business at this location and hope to come back in the future and have the same kind of experience. More

After test-driving the car that we eventually bought we started negotiating and I let him know that I had to be out of there as quick as possible because I had to be at work. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. The man who did our finances was great too, he came out and had a sign right away. Probably this is the reason why we went with this dealer, and specifically the excellent job that Alyssa did regarding communication, follow-up, flexibility, etc. Brian was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional the day of closing the sale. I would work with him again. Note - Alyssa on internet sales -- is the reason we bought a jeep at David Jeep, she sold us the jeep, she got us a price we could work with, and she kept us at David versus other dealers to make the purchase. The rest of the team just took care of the paperwork at the end. 99% credit for the sale goes to Alyssa. More
