Gary was very respectful, understanding and we never felt any pressure to change our minds. He even worked to find us financing to lower our monthly payment. Jan was also very respectful of our decision and went on to explain some of the repair costs that we might now encounter as well as insurance + warranty coverage options that were available as prior lease customers. We would gladly recommend both Gary and Jan who we felt were equally interested in ensuring that we were treated with kindness and respect as an integral part of the sales experience. More
I'm trying really hard to like this dealership. I ordered and purchased a very nice 2016 Challenger Scat Pack Shaker from these guys. It seems they are not able to do much about it as it's a Goodyear problem. What happened to bumper to bumper? More
Long long wait for oil change and routine service. Last Tuesday , June 21st. I took my jeep in for a routine oil change. It took over 3 1/2 hrs. When I arrived they said there were a lot of computer up Last Tuesday , June 21st. I took my jeep in for a routine oil change. It took over 3 1/2 hrs. When I arrived they said there were a lot of computer updates for my car which would take up to 2 hr. They offered me a ride to local breakfast restaurant which was nice. After 3 hrs everyone in waiting room had come and gone so I asked what the delay was. I was told the computer was running slow. Finally I got out of there. They applied a $10 coupon to my bill for oil change. After all was paid , I mentioned how disappointed I was about the long wait. Then they told me they could have drove me home. More

Inspection Usually when I go here, my experience is pretty good. No issues. But I was just here last week and some problems came up. I made an appointment to get my car inspected, took an hour and 45 minutes to get my car done when I passed inspection. An hour is sufficient; if the dealer is running behind, they should let you know that. After my car was inspected, I looked at my inspection stickers and they had the wrong month on them. It's a mistake, I get it, but fixing a customers problem when it's the dealers mistake should take priority. So then I had to wait another 30 min just to get the correct stickers put back on. I don't understand how you have someone wait for a car inspection for over 2 hours when my car passed with no issues. More

She was able to get the parts ordered and get an appointment set up for me quickly. She then made sure I had a quick turn around and had my car back in time to pick up my kids. She even went above and beyond and upgraded the car software. The dealership provided a convenient shuttle service back and forth to my home. Thanks! More
Long wait & return visit I brought my car in for a bulb and battery for a key fab. I was there waiting for almost 2 hours. Once i finally got to leave I heard a noise that wasn't there before. I had to bring the car back and wait until the next day to get it back. Also, while the waiting room is nice, I wouldn't have minded my washer fluid being filled just as a nice courtesy. More

Dropped car off at 1030 and picked back up at 530 after 2 phone calls from myself to service Unfortunately I'm extremely unsatisfied about my service. Dropped car off at 1030 and picked back up at 530 after 2 phone calls from myself to service center. Then never explained about how to use my new ignition put in from a recall. When speaking with Alicia who explained it because Scott was too busy to speak with me, I felt she was the only person who helped me. Not sure I'll bring my truck back here. Alicia tried to reassure me but am still skeptical. More
