I arrived in the dealership around 9:45am and was greeted by Willie Griffin. A nice young man. From the moment he encountered me, he checked up on me, gave me status updates, offered me snacks and drinks, showed concern about my health. He really reached out. He didn't just attend to my needs, but the needs of another's..... I knew that he was fantastic and glowed when my 18yro son said "mom, I don't know who his boss is, but he needs a BIG raise, he's been working with people, and smiling all day." There's something to be said, when the next generation notices!!!!!!!! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👍🏿 THUMBS UP TO WILLIE GRIFFIN MR. DAVID!! More

I was welcomed by a great reception staff, as well as Melissa Haas from Internet sales, who respectfully and patiently kept in contact with me throughout my whole buying process. I dealt directly with Gary Celotto, who was incredibly friendly and very willing to meet my needs as a buyer and eventually got me into a new Wrangler for a very reasonable and competitive price. Would highly recommend these two individuals, as well as this dealership as a whole. More
Slowest Oil Change Ever! I set up an early morning oil change Appointment for the first available time (730 am) so I could get in and out before work. I didn't get out of th I set up an early morning oil change Appointment for the first available time (730 am) so I could get in and out before work. I didn't get out of there till 9:25 am!!! Almost 2 hours at an oil change? You've got to be kidding me. I was late for work an it was due to the snails pace of work at David Dodge. I can do one in 45 minutes in my own driveway but in order to keep my warranty active I have no choice but to go to the dealer and deal with this. I went out to the service desk 3 times to ask what the delay was an no one really knew or gave me an answer. I felt like they didn't care about me or my needs. I could see the truck out in the bay with the hood up and it was sitting like that for well over an hour an a half. By the way, the original estimate of time given by my service desk agent was 40-45 minutes so the expectation was already set by them on how Long I should be. It's not like my expectations are out of line. Add to that the fact that they refused to match a competitor coupon when they have done so several times In the past and I was pretty livid by the time I left. It seemed Like there were several desk people sitting around doing nothing and several old guys just there milling about but no one actually doing any work. A basic oil change shouldn't be this long or this problematic. I guess the mechanics they have just don't know how to do this kind of basic work or they just don't care about customers who set up an appointment and have needs outside of their shop. If I wanted to wait around this long I wouldn't have bothered setting up the appointment and I would have just driven in. There is a reason why people set up appointments and it is because you can plan the rest of your day around them. I'm Very disappointed. I wish I could get my routine service done elsewhere without voiding my warranty. This was not a good service experience and I hope my words here lead to some change or improvement. For anyone at the dealer reading this, the survey system wants me to enter the name of a service person but since I don't have my paperwork in front of me, the name chosen is not one of the people I deal with but just a name to get the system to accept this review. Absolutely recommend. I have been looking for 'the right car' for months, and have dealt with a variety of dealerships in the area. I absolutely hate the car buying / leasi I have been looking for 'the right car' for months, and have dealt with a variety of dealerships in the area. I absolutely hate the car buying / leasing process, because I am never told up front what the actual cost is, and I feel as if they are always being deceptive. I experienced the exact opposite at this dealer from the moment we stepped on the lot. If you're going to come here - HIGHLY recommend Steve Ellis .. he went above and beyond, was professional, direct, and got us a car sold and signed within a few hours, exactly what I wanted. If you're in the area and looking for a Jeep, I would 150% recommend Steve, and the dealership as a whole. Wonderful experience! More
As advertised. Was looking for a second car,saw davids comerical so i looked online and found a good used suv in exellent condition. My wife and i drove to Glen Mills and drove the car home!.David Cooke was the sales rep and was very nice to deal with. The overall whole experience was great.This was our first vist and the entire dealership was spotless. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. Even though for us it was a little more then a hour drive. More

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY I live 5 minutes from another Jeep dealer and it takes me almost an hour to get to David Dodge ...... that should tell you everything you need to kno I live 5 minutes from another Jeep dealer and it takes me almost an hour to get to David Dodge ...... that should tell you everything you need to know. However, I will elaborate a little. First of all it doesn't matter if there is rain or snow, you don't have to get out of the Jeep till you drive it right into their service department. Y ou are then greeted by one man who takes your name and your Jeep and points out the next service assistant who gets all the info, explains everything and actually walks you over & hold the door for you to go into the waiting area (by the way, my service assistant was Dana ....very nice!) the service area is comfortable, clean and has 3 TV's, an area to plug in your lap top, complimentary coffee, bottled water and snacks. In about a half hour, Dana came out to explain that I needed an air filter and told me the cost and actually asked if they should go ahead with it.......it wasn't even expensive but I was glad she asked. And within another half hour she was back to get me an take me to the cashier. Dana explained everything on the bill ..... I didn't even have to ask. Needless to say, it was a good experience from beginning to end. More

After saying the car needs to be checked out more the man already has my rental car ready . He called me everyday to let me know the status of what was going on , I can honestly say he makes me comfortable knowing that my car is in good hands .
