Dodge Grand Caravan Purchase Our overall experience was very good. I only had one issue. We came from Maryland to purchase this vehicle. An hour and a half away from our home. We didn't realize it until we got home but there were no holes in the front of the car in which to attach our license plate. I emailed our salesman Gary Cellato and he said that was not included in the deal. I was a little upset since he was the one that took the license plates off our trade in and didn't mention that. How can someone purchase a vehicle and the dealer not include what is necessary to attach your license plate to the front of the car? I e=mailed the salesman about this and got no response. Now it will cost me a few extra dollars to do this myself. Not Cool. More

My battery had died and my car would not start and David dodge said they could take me that day. They changed my battery for free under warranty with no hassle at all. Great Seervice i had taken my Dodge Avenger to a service center to have an alignment done and was told the rear end was frozen up and i would have to take it to a d i had taken my Dodge Avenger to a service center to have an alignment done and was told the rear end was frozen up and i would have to take it to a dealership which i did and told them what the other service center had told me i bought the parts and scheduled for them to fix my car....when i went back to pick up my car i was told the rear end wasn't frozen up and they completed the alignment i even got a refund from the parts i had ordered ..in all very Trustworthy More
