Very Disappointed in service Super excited to get my new Jeep Renegade but I recently took my car for service and was horrified at how I took my car home. Went in for an oil chan Super excited to get my new Jeep Renegade but I recently took my car for service and was horrified at how I took my car home. Went in for an oil change and waited slightly for the service to be completed. I paid and left. After driving off the lot I heard a intermittent clanking noise but wasn't sure what that was. I drove home and decided to look under my hood and was horrified to find the oil cap missing and oil is spilled everywhere inside the hood. I called immediately and got my rep who handled my initial service. He told me don't drive it and they'd have a car sent to me immediately to use until they could get this fixed. This was done super fast and much appreciated. However this inconvenience took two additional days due to me having to continually call to see what the status of my car was. Finally got my car back and nothing, no mention of reimbursement for this horrible incident until I asked for this. I had to call back multiple times until someone finally agreed that it was the right thing to do and credit back my service. Now, it's been a couple weeks since the issue and I will be bringing my car back in for service yet again since it feels like it's going to die when starting it up in the morning and putting it into drive. So disappointed. More

Second to None I had the privilege of getting a new Dodge Charger R/T from David Dodge last week. This makes my fourth vehicle I have purchased/leased from David Dodge, and the fifth one in my family since 2006. I keep going back to David Dodge, and have no intention of changing dealers, because the staff here is amazing. I have never had a bad experience here, and what got me hooked on the dealership, was the honesty of the service department. In 2007 I had a series of bad experiences with the service department that is closer to my home. When I came to David Dodge, their service department was able to address everything, and never tried to give me the run around. Since that time, I have experienced the the same level of professionalism with the sales staff. Two purchases and two leases later, with referring a family member to purchase a new car last year, I can’t think of a better place to go for getting a new vehicle, or for service needs. My sales team of Gary Celotto, Melissa Haas, and Bill Joyner were excellent, and second to none. I highly recommend them if you’re considering getting a new vehicle, they won’t steer you wrong. More
