Wonderful experience with Steve! We had been to a different dealership earlier in the day and were not very impressed. So, when we arrived to this one, we were pleasantly surprised! First, the dealership itself was large, beautiful, and very welcoming. We were immediately greeted at the door and directed to one of the sales reps, Steve Ellis. Steve was fantastic! He is the friendliest, most considerate car sales rep we have ever worked with. He made the whole experience easy and there was never any pressure. It felt like working with a friend. He did not try to "sell" us on the car more than we wanted. He answered the questions we had and truly listened to our interests/needs. He helped us get the perfect car! We are very happy with our purchase. In addition, Frank was great to work with. Again, no pressure! He helped us with the paperwork and details about warranties. Overall, wonderful experience. More

Headlamps and oil change Dealer was able to fit me in without appointment to get my headlights re-leveled and running lights replace. In and out less than 30 minutes. A long but successful experience I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Dave Cooke but it had some issues back to back and after voicing my concerns and that I wasn't comfortable with I purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from Dave Cooke but it had some issues back to back and after voicing my concerns and that I wasn't comfortable with that vehicle anymore, the service manager Bill Joyner was happy to do what he needed to get me into a different vehicle. Professional, Courteous, Helpful Ed (Belonga), Jan, and Jerry were very friendly and helpful. They entertained us while we waited for the credit process to go through.
