Was greeted by the service rep who quickly took my information and directed me to the waiting lounge, as I planned to wait. Shortly thereafter, she returned to inform me that it would take approximately two hours and offered me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait, Got a call a little later that the repair was completed and I could pick the car up any time and provided me with their hours. I arrived fully prepared to pay $200 for the repair and was informed that there was no charge. I have purchased more than one vehicle from David and get all of my service done there and have never had anything less than excellent service. More
