Great dealership and employees I first dealt with Brian F. He showed me the Jeeps and had lots of information about the car. He got busy so Brian F. took me on the test ride. They let me take the car home to show my husband. I came back hours later and we talked about the trade in and price on the car. They were very fair on our trade in of a 2012 Jeep. I was ready to negotiate the deal but they came up with a very fair number on the vehicle. After we bought the car Brian came out in the rain and set up my blue tooth (which I didn't know how to do). Brian also came out and went over a few options to make sure I knew where everything was. Their manager was also very helpful. I bought my first Jeep there and then I bought this one. I highly recommend David Auto. I know from the past that their Service center is also very helpful and good at what they do. Go to David's - you won't be disappointed! PS. I love my Jeep!! More

Happy new jeep owner This was my first time buying a car on my own & I was a little intimidated by going into a dealership on my own. I walked into one & felt like I wasn't taken seriously & then called another & basically begged for him to send be options...still waiting ;) I knew I was buying a jeep, I just needed to find it. Those intimidating feelings quickly changed when I walked into David Dodge & met sales specialist, Dave Cooke. He was so helpful, informative, & I felt like he really cared about what I was looking for & my budget. He was also so friendly!! I was way over due for a new car but I took my time to research & felt like David really helped me find the right car for me. We found my car on the lot, he took the time on a very rainy night to go over every inch of the car inside & out & make sure I was happy & aware of eveything. He let me take the car the whole next day, try it out with car seats for my daughter, show my parents & really make sure it was it. He even sent me home with another option I was considering so I could feel 100% about whatever choice I made. He went above and beyond my expectations of what I thought the sales process would be like. My parents who have bought many of cars were so thankful for him & his kindness during the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone & highly suggest you asking for Dave Cooke. I'm so happy to be purchasing a jeep & really happy to be working with such a wonderful sales person. Was struggling to book the appointment. My car was sitting in the parking lot they were "finishing up paperwork" ... 3rd time there has been a problem with service I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at David Dodge and have had it serviced there ever since. However I've been disappointed three times with careless pro I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at David Dodge and have had it serviced there ever since. However I've been disappointed three times with careless problems. When the car was brand new, there was a problem with the radio. It was repaired, but when I picked the car up there was a large gash in the leather, right in the middle of the dashboard. Another time, the sidewall was scratched during service. Yesterday I picked my car up after a repair to the AC and the passenger floorboard hadn't been replaced. Every time, the service managers have been apologetic and gotten the problem fixed, but it leads me to think there is a real problem with the service department. A complete indifference to the customer. In all three cases, the service technician had to know what they had done, but they didn't take care of the problem and left it to me to complain about it. Very frustrating. More
