Alyssa was able to get us a lot of good information before entering the dealership. This really helped my wife and I feel comfortable coming in to check out the vehicles. Brian made every part of the experience as enjoyable as possible. He was extremely easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone considering CJDR vehicles. He even came in on his day off to finish our sale. That is true dedication, and actions speak louder than words! Other car salespeople would be smart to learn from Brian! We hope this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial working relationship with David CJDR. More

Need to communicate with customers when there are delays In general I have been satisfied in the past with the service department. This time I brought my car in to have a light socket replaced. First the soc In general I have been satisfied in the past with the service department. This time I brought my car in to have a light socket replaced. First the socket was supposed to be in 2 weeks ago and I never got a call. When I finally called they had the wrong phone number and that was why I didn't get a call. I don't know why they had an incorrect phone number since I had been to the dealership service department several times before. I arrived for my service appointment and then went and sat down. I was told it was an easy fix and would probably be 30 minutes at the most. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I went to ask about my car and was told that the wrong part had been delivered and they had to go back for a new part. Finally after 1 hr and 30 minutes the car was done. The service manager should have come out and told be about the incorrect part instead of waiting for me to ask. He did apologize sincerely for the error. More

Awesome service My fiancé n I had visit serveral dealers Over the past couple of weeks . We went to David dodge in which the staff is extremely friendly very clean . Car still doesn't start in the cold I have brought my brand new car in multiple times because it does not start with regularity in the cold. Both times the service shop downloaded or updated computer software, but neither time did that resolve the problem. I now have to take my car back in. Other than the fact my problem has not been fixed, the people working in the service center are nice and everyone was polite. More
