Consistently great I needed regular service on my Dart, as well as wiper blades. Made a convenient appointment after work at 7:00 pm. He confirmed that I wanted OEM wiper blades and took my car to get it started while Ken walked me into the waiting area. I got a nice cappuccino and had a pleasant wait chatting mostly with Ken, but also with Jim and Ed until Scott returned to alert me that my car was complete. He additionally, kindly, touched up a paint chip I had. Paying was quick and easy and I was on my way sooner than I expected. (And I was very thankful today in the rain when I could see beautifully out of my cleanly wiped windows:)). More

I made my plans, I flew up from Florida, Joshua Fitts picked me up at the airport at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and drove me to the dealership. We checked out the truck, did some paperwork with Ryan Crocamo and I was on my way. I was ready start driving back to Florida before 11:00am, I think. Everthing went so smooth. Everyone was very nice. It was nice of Josh to pick me up at the airport before the dealership even opened for the day. Great service. Even though I had to travel from Florida to Pennsylvania to get the truck, It was worth it !! More
