I understand the highs and lows of those estimates and this service center is ridiculous with their prices. The last work we had done the estimate was almost $1400 and the estimates online were $980. I spoke to the manager before any work was completed and he matched the price. This time my wife took the car to the center and asked for some work to be done and when I went online, unfortunately after the work was completed, to find again prices way above the range for the parts and labor. One item online National average was between $140 and $190 and we were charged $305. That is obviously extreme and way above what the cost should have been. I should not need to do this type of work just to get a fair price. My Honda of 5 years the dealer has never completed a repair outside of the estimate online. Now I trust that Honda center with my vehicle and I recommend it to friends. David Dodge will never get the opportunity with us again and I shared the story just last night with my entire coaching staff.. More

There was constant communications but not aggressive. I was informed that the vehicle was on an off site lot and would be there when we arrived.
