On this last purchase (2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk), I came with an approved loan from my bank. the interest rate on this loan was 3.79%. Ken said he could beat that rate, and he did indeed! He got me a loan at 2.7% interest! Like I said -- this man goes the extra mile for his customers. The selling of the extras at the end annoyed me because I had a budget to stick to but that's the finance guys job, to sell. Anyway, Bob was a pleasure to deal with and the dealership was nice and modern. Who knows, I may be back to purchase again just because it was a pleasant experience. More
