First time car buyer I went to David Dodge just to "look" and get an idea of what I would like to buy. My father bought a handful of vehicles from this dealership so this I went to David Dodge just to "look" and get an idea of what I would like to buy. My father bought a handful of vehicles from this dealership so this was the first place I looked. Josh approached myself, my father and my boyfriend to see what we were looking for. He took me on a test drive and showed me all the fun stuff with a jeep. Josh was so helpful that I ended up selling my car, leasing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that day, and my parents returned to him the following day to buy another vehicle. I gave Josh's card to a family friend so they could come to him in the near future to buy/lease a new vehicle and have recommended him multiple times. Found out 2 days after buying the price was too high I was shopping for a new 2016 Sport Wrangler - but David Dodge Jeep was higher priced than other dealers, so I decided to leave and continue to shop. I was shopping for a new 2016 Sport Wrangler - but David Dodge Jeep was higher priced than other dealers, so I decided to leave and continue to shop. They stopped me as I left to say because I was a repeat customer they would do what is needed to keep me as a customer and "go to the floor" - adding $1000 to stay and buy today. I bought the Sport Wrangler for my trade in value plus $3200 cash, only to get a call 2 days later from a competing dealer I had been to offering me to buy their Sahara (versus Sport) Wrangler with an MSRP $800 above the Sport, and all similar options - for my trade value (which they appraised), plus only $2200 cash, which is $1000 below the David Dodge deal on a higher priced Wrangler.I said no, and they called 2 hours and offered another $500 if I bought today. Now I feel used and cheated because of my mistake in trusting David Dodge. The repeat customer tactic to take the "crazy low" deal and not go to a competing dealer hooked me. I was a 2 time repeat buyer, now 3 time buyer from David Dodge, and they knew it, I trusted them when they said they would do the crazy deal to keep me as their customer, and I lost. This is my 13th Wrangler purchase, and in my experience, highly disappointing - but a lesson I will not forget. More

I wanted more WOW out of the car delivery process My sales person did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. I was very pleased with the deal. Once the deal was done though it seemed like all they wanted was for me to leave. It was new years eve, but no excuse if you are open, provide customer service. My car was washed a little and half of the window was cleaned. The car was not filled up with gas (it had a little over half), and I am still driving around with grease numbers on the aluminum wheels and tires. The roof of the Durango is still covered with dirt. I am owed a detail, but still when you buy a new car you want to leave feeling like you are driving one. So that is why I gave it an average rating sales and finance people were good. The final delivery could have used some work. More

Traded in my Chrysler Pacifica, The Dart wasn't my first choice but because of my credit rating I had to chose a lesser Model. Which was explained to me in good detail. Ken is very good at explaining everything that is going on. The Finance Dept. was also great. Only complaint is it was dark when we took delivery of car .Ken Walked me out explained all functions of the car to make sure I was familiar with them before I left. so in the morning I came out and looked at car and it wasn't detailed well ( It look good in the dark ). But other than that I would recommend them and Also Ken. More

First Oil Change/Safety Recall I had a 10 a.m. appt. I was told service would be under an hour and it was!
