I texted Mike McVeigh late Saturday and explained what I was looking for. He told me to come in Monday. Texted me Monday morning to get started on looking for the best loan option. By 3:00 Monday afternoon, they had me approved for a brand new 2025 Grand Cherokee L. I went in after work and was there an hour before driving home my brand new Jeep with 16 miles on it. **Disappointed with My Certified Pre-Owned Truck Experience** I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned truck from David Dodge, and I regret my decision. I expected a reliable vehicle, but since Experience** I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned truck from David Dodge, and I regret my decision. I expected a reliable vehicle, but since the day I drove it off the lot, it has been nothing but trouble. From the start, I noticed several issues that should have been addressed prior to the sale. The vehicle has ongoing mechanical problems that have caused me considerable inconvenience and unnecessary expenses. I trusted that the certification would ensure quality, but I've quickly learned that this was not the case. Since February, my truck has spent more than 5 months in the shop. I have made MORE payments while not having the truck than with the truck! That is 5 payments of 9 where I made while driving a rental that was no where ideal for my construction tools and extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the customer service I received after the purchase has been frustrating. I reached out to the dealership for support, but I felt ignored and dismissed. It's disheartening to know that once the sale was made, my concerns didn’t seem to matter. I would advise anyone considering a purchase from David Dodge to think twice. My experience has been disappointing, and I now find myself questioning the integrity of their Certified Pre-Owned program. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. More
