They knew how to order a car I had entered the dealership frustrated by my experience weeks prior when attempting to order a new car. When I walked in poor Mike Harris was the first to intercept me and ask if he could help. Curtly I asked if he knew how to order a car. He handled my frustration well and got straight down to business sensing that I already knew what I'd come in for. I really appreciated his awareness of my demeanor - knowing when I was in the mood to chat and when I wanted to just get down to business. Throughout the process his communications were timely and precise. On the day of delivery he remained at the dealership with until the paperwork was completed (approx 11:00pm) and even stuck around in the parking lot in the cold to describe features of the car. If Ms. Harris is reading this I personally vouch that Mike was at work the whole time and accept the blame for making him miss dinner. I also wish to recognize Jan McGill who patiently worked through the numbers with me to come up with a financing plan that fit my budget. Even though it was long after closing time when we finally were sitting down to hammer out the details she patiently worked the calculator and spoke with me to ensure I was fully satisfied. Of all the dealership experiences I've had this was unquestionably the most satisfying experience yet and it was due entirely to my interactions with Mike & Jan. Later that week, salesman Dave Manning followed up with a phone call and invitation to check out some other cars on the lot. Still no match with our needs. He emailed us later in the evening with another car and we met him in the showroom the next morning for a test drive. Dave, Melissa and the dealership assured us that a deal to move the car would be in both of our interests and price negotiations bore that out. Dave closed the deal with us and we are very happy with our 2016 Grand Caravan, our second bought from David Dodge in 4 yrs. The service department is, also, topnotch! More

Euphoric is how Jerry Distefano made me feel! I called over 30 dealers on the east coast looking for a specific vehicle (2016 Hellcat). there was a deadline for placing orders on that car in the c I called over 30 dealers on the east coast looking for a specific vehicle (2016 Hellcat). there was a deadline for placing orders on that car in the color I wanted "Plum Crazy Purple". Most of the dealers had stories and broken promises for me and about a dozen said we'll call you back, yea sure you will, I said to myself! Jerry DiStefano at David Dodge was one of the call back guys. I made a deal with a dealer in NY, it fell through, they changed the price upon signing the deal, next I had a signed deal with a dealer in NC, that fell through also, they gave my allocation away to someone else, Then I thought I was "In like Flynn" with a dealer in VA, then they took back the deal, They found someone who would pay $10,000. over MSRP. I was running out of time. Most of the dealers I called said Yes, We are selling the "Hellcats" Over MSPR $5,000-$15,000!! It was hours before the deadline, I was ready to give up and buy a ZO6 Corvette. Then I saw a missed call, it was a PA number, I called back and it was Jerry. He said "you still want a Hellcat?" "I have only one hour left to place the order", I said "do it!". Jerry called me back and said the order was in, he took my deposit. And voila on October 26 Jerry called me and said... I have this Purple Hellcat in front of me, do you want to come pick it up? My Son & I took a train from Penn Station to 30th street station in Philadelphia, Jerry even picked us up at the train station, the next day it was mine! Jerry followed up with me throughout the order process to keep me informed on the build schedule. His follow up and concern about the car all the way until delivery was superb and after delivery too. I wish I lived closer to David Dodge, Because I would have them service my car, They have a nice dealership and a great clean service center, And I would buy another car from Jerry in a NY Minute!
