From the moment In walked in, I was greeted, and then introduced to Dave Manning, who guided me through my new purchase. I was not planning on buying a car, I was just looking, and I had just left a previous dealership, that I had been loyal to for years, and had a bad experience. I was exhausted, and really was just trying to rule out a particular model of Jeep as a potential future purchase, but I ended up leaving with it not too long after I walked in. Dave was so calm, didn't flinch at my "I am just looking, I can't be here for hours, and I just left another dealer where I left not happy". I apologized ahead of time, as I didn't want to waste his time, I believed that they really could not do anything for me, and out of respect, he has to sell to cars, and tying up his time during the busiest week of the year, seemed unfair. But, he really cared about my experience, and wanted me to leave happy whatever that turned out to be, and it turned out I drove away with a new car, and a new loyalty to David Auto! My first great new car buying experience Wow, car buying has changed. We reached out to David Dodge on Thursday by e-mail because we knew people who had used them in the past. David the owner Wow, car buying has changed. We reached out to David Dodge on Thursday by e-mail because we knew people who had used them in the past. David the owner actually responded to my e-mail that day and helped answer all of the questions i had. I wanted a specific Jeep and Brian F. tracked it down for me from New Jersey. We arranged to go and pick it up on Saturday and I was in and out quickly. ( My kids were watching sports on the TV in the lounge and we were done before the game hit halftime.) So in less than 48 hours, I got the Jeep we wanted, I got a better deal then offered by any of the other dealers and the financing rate beat what my bank offered me. It was truly an Awesome experience. Oh and while we going thru all the details about the Jeep with Brian, he had a second team member, Steve E. help get all the Bluetooth and electronics squared away for all the phones and electronics. Needless to say my kids and wife love the Jeep.. Thank you. More
