From the moment In walked in, I was greeted, and then introduced to Dave Manning, who guided me through my new purchase. I was not planning on buying a car, I was just looking, and I had just left a previous dealership, that I had been loyal to for years, and had a bad experience. I was exhausted, and really was just trying to rule out a particular model of Jeep as a potential future purchase, but I ended up leaving with it not too long after I walked in. Dave was so calm, didn't flinch at my "I am just looking, I can't be here for hours, and I just left another dealer where I left not happy". I apologized ahead of time, as I didn't want to waste his time, I believed that they really could not do anything for me, and out of respect, he has to sell to cars, and tying up his time during the busiest week of the year, seemed unfair. But, he really cared about my experience, and wanted me to leave happy whatever that turned out to be, and it turned out I drove away with a new car, and a new loyalty to David Auto!
