i stated my case as a no appt emergency i took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil and filter change , the next day I noticed oil stains in front of my house , work and anywhere else i took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil and filter change , the next day I noticed oil stains in front of my house , work and anywhere else I parked. a few days later I checked the oil stick myself and it was bone dry ! I called off from work and immediately went to David Dodge. I was the first customer in line at 5:45 am... when the staff arrived and opened for business I explained my situation to service staff Shann Thomas who understood my situation and frustration. he accepted the vehicle had the techs look at it and had the problem corrected in less than an hour :-) thanks so much , Ken W More

Consistently great I needed regular service on my Dart, as well as wiper blades. Made a convenient appointment after work at 7:00 pm. Was pleasantly greeted by Scott St I needed regular service on my Dart, as well as wiper blades. Made a convenient appointment after work at 7:00 pm. Was pleasantly greeted by Scott Streeter and Ken Gray. Scott repeated what I wanted done. He confirmed that I wanted OEM wiper blades and took my car to get it started while Ken walked me into the waiting area. I got a nice cappuccino and had a pleasant wait chatting mostly with Ken, but also with Jim and Ed until Scott returned to alert me that my car was complete. He additionally, kindly, touched up a paint chip I had. Paying was quick and easy and I was on my way sooner than I expected. (And I was very thankful today in the rain when I could see beautifully out of my cleanly wiped windows:)). More

I made my plans, I flew up from Florida, Joshua Fitts picked me up at the airport at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and drove me to the dealership. We checked out the truck, did some paperwork with Ryan Crocamo and I was on my way. I was ready start driving back to Florida before 11:00am, I think. Everthing went so smooth. Everyone was very nice. It was nice of Josh to pick me up at the airport before the dealership even opened for the day. Great service. Even though I had to travel from Florida to Pennsylvania to get the truck, It was worth it !! More

Well we were giving good info about an awesome sales man named Brian Fracis, We didn't actually get Brian to work our sale but he set us up with another awesome sales man named Joshua Fitts. Brian made sure we was in good hands from start to finish. Joshua was beyond perfessional and made us very comfrortable, never forced anything on us, asked what we wanted and even watched our kids while we were finishing things up with Jason Finley who ended our experience on a good note.
