R59 recall & oil change- Great Service. 2015 RAM Longhorn was brought in for R59 recall and oil change. My service advisor for the day was Dana Viola and she ushered me through the service v 2015 RAM Longhorn was brought in for R59 recall and oil change. My service advisor for the day was Dana Viola and she ushered me through the service visit as to cause as little disruption to my normal day as possible. She even recommended I purchase the four oil changes from FCA for $180.00, a deal that even I couldn't turn down. There is no way I could match a synthetic oil change and filter for $45.00 per change. The work on the R59 left axle inspection was completed and I was on my way. More
