We knew what we wanted so picking out the right one was a breeze. In addition, he made all arrangements with the service dept. to switch out the bumpers, arranged a loaner for when the work was beefing done and gave us information for an upcoming off road adventure. i stated my case as a no appt emergency i took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil and filter change , the next day I noticed oil stains in front of my house , work and anywhere else i took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil and filter change , the next day I noticed oil stains in front of my house , work and anywhere else I parked. a few days later I checked the oil stick myself and it was bone dry ! I called off from work and immediately went to David Dodge. I was the first customer in line at 5:45 am... when the staff arrived and opened for business I explained my situation to service staff Shann Thomas who understood my situation and frustration. he accepted the vehicle had the techs look at it and had the problem corrected in less than an hour :-) thanks so much , Ken W More
