Later that week, salesman Dave Manning followed up with a phone call and invitation to check out some other cars on the lot. Still no match with our needs. He emailed us later in the evening with another car and we met him in the showroom the next morning for a test drive. Dave, Melissa and the dealership assured us that a deal to move the car would be in both of our interests and price negotiations bore that out. Dave closed the deal with us and we are very happy with our 2016 Grand Caravan, our second bought from David Dodge in 4 yrs. The service department is, also, topnotch! More

Euphoric is how Jerry Distefano made me feel! Most of the dealers had stories and broken promises for me and about a dozen said we'll call you back, yea sure you will, I said to myself! Jerry DiStefano at David Dodge was one of the call back guys. I made a deal with a dealer in NY, it fell through, they changed the price upon signing the deal, next I had a signed deal with a dealer in NC, that fell through also, they gave my allocation away to someone else, Then I thought I was "In like Flynn" with a dealer in VA, then they took back the deal, They found someone who would pay $10,000. over MSRP. I was running out of time. Most of the dealers I called said Yes, We are selling the "Hellcats" Over MSPR $5,000-$15,000!! It was hours before the deadline, I was ready to give up and buy a ZO6 Corvette. Then I saw a missed call, it was a PA number, I called back and it was Jerry. He said "you still want a Hellcat?" "I have only one hour left to place the order", I said "do it!". Jerry called me back and said the order was in, he took my deposit. And voila on October 26 Jerry called me and said... I have this Purple Hellcat in front of me, do you want to come pick it up? My Son & I took a train from Penn Station to 30th street station in Philadelphia, Jerry even picked us up at the train station, the next day it was mine! Jerry followed up with me throughout the order process to keep me informed on the build schedule. His follow up and concern about the car all the way until delivery was superb and after delivery too. I wish I lived closer to David Dodge, Because I would have them service my car, They have a nice dealership and a great clean service center, And I would buy another car from Jerry in a NY Minute!
