Buying a car was a pleasant experience I visited David Chrysler and was promptly greeted by Steve who was very jovial and eager to help me find a Chrysler 300. I wasn't sold on the car unti I visited David Chrysler and was promptly greeted by Steve who was very jovial and eager to help me find a Chrysler 300. I wasn't sold on the car until the test drive that was more like a joyride. Steve let me drive and play with the various buttons and chimed in when appropriate to point out the various functions and amenities of the car. When we got back to the dealership he didn't pressure me too much or play games and we were able to get to a price for the car that we were both happy with. The whole process was more transparent and lacked the sleaziness I felt when I visited other dealerships. It was really very pleasant. Steve has also been very attentive after the sale. I had to schedule a visit the week after I bought the car to complete a few items we had discussed at the time of purchase. Steve made sure everything got done to my specifications and even picked up my car from my home, left me a loaner and then delivered the car back to me when the work was complete. I will happily recommend my friends test drive the 300 and talk to Steve when they do. More

Something shady is going on here! My wife and I purchased a car at the end of last month and everything was fine until we got into the finance department. Everything went well and our sales guy was the best! However when we went in to talk to John that's doing the paper work something didn't seem right to us. We started signing papers and John asked us if we would like to save some money on the car we were buying. Well of course we would I informed him! He said " if I gave him $500 cash he would take off $1500 of the price of the car and let's keep this between us wink wink " We do not carry cash on us so we said no we will pass but thank you. After that John got very upset and rude with us. We signed the papers and got pushed out of the office. After thinking about this for a about a week I have a very bad taste in my mouth about this dealership and how they do business. $500 to save $1500 Something isn't adding up! Apart from that tho the rest of the staff seemed very friendly and willing to help us clean out our old car! To bad one guy had to ruin it for everyone there! More
