But with the new showroom and service waiting area the service experience is excellent. The waiting area is comfortable, with complimentary coffee and bottled water and three TVs to watch. Restroom is clean. And my service advisor today, Dana, is outstanding. She answered every question completely and with a smile on her face. The whole process seems to run much more smoothly than ever before. Including checking out, where Alesha was very pleasant and courteous. David Dodge takes the sting out of what historically has been a nerve-wracking errand for any consumer. Kudos to them! More
