AMAZING I called in on Saturday morning to talk about a lease I was already in and how upgrading vehicles would work in the future. I spoke with Brian Francis on the phone and he told me there were deals now for breaking my lease and he thinks my requirements to get into a Ram could be met. I got there he had my jeep assessed, and had me test drive a truck with in the first hour. Showed me everything about the truck i told him i wanted a specific color and Boom. He got me the Black truck I wanted it had running boards and a Bed liner. From the time we entered to the time we left it was a 4 hour process. It was the fastest I h vae ever bought or leased a car. He was so friendly, very nice to my son and made my experience wonderful. I have already referred him to 2 friends looking for new vehicles. We really felt like he understood what we needed and went the extra mile to make sure we walked away satisfied. We got a great price on our trade (Steven went back and pressed the sales manager for a better number), and my wife absolutely loves the Jeep Grand Cherokee we bought. We had intended to buy a Toyota, and had lousy experiences at two local Toyota dealers. We decided to check out the Jeeps at the last minute, and the whole test drive, shopping and buying the car took a total of less than 2 hours. Fantastic! Steven gets it. Customers don't want to feel like they are being taken advantage of, but rather want to feel like the dealer is being honest, and is really trying to help them get the product and price they want. Then the car gets handled off to one of there techs in this case it was Dave Bucci who is knowledgeable and handles the car with kid gloves. Buying a car can be a stressful experience and one I never look forward to do; however, Working with Jason Kinder and Ken Infante at David Dodge resto Buying a car can be a stressful experience and one I never look forward to do; however, Working with Jason Kinder and Ken Infante at David Dodge restored my faith in car salesman. They were open to what my wife and I wanted and never felt pressured because they were willing to listen and be patient with us during the whole buying process. They explained everything in a professional manner and were quick to answer my questions and concerns about financing and other concerns as we worked through the process. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I ever had. Jason was most helpful in setting up the electronics in the car we purchased and was knowledgeable in explaining the aspects of how to operate the technology. He spent time in showing us how to operate the vehicle after the sale was closed. My experience in the past was read the manual and find out what to do, That was not the case in this experience. Time was spent after the sale to make sure we understood the systems. This was really important to us because of the all the electronics involved in todays car. Ken Infante was most helpful in coordinating the whole deal and this was done in a most friendly and cordial manner. Great experience and thanks to these two gentlemen. More
