I have a two year old and a baby due in a week so it was really important for me to get the deal done and get out of there. Dave did a wonderful job as moving everything along as fast as possible. I also liked that Dave did all the negotiating with the management with our request and kept us out of that part of the deal. We drove away with a beautiful new Ram Longhorn and got a fair price for our trade ins. More

I inquired about the Jeep via the internet by Melissa Haas. She is wonderful! She responded to my initial query in less than 12 hours and she answered all my questions almost immediately. Within a few hours, she scheduled an appointment for me to visit the showroom and test drive a GC similar to the one I wanted. At the appointment, I was greeted happily by Ken Gray, but it was Steve Gray who really helped me. He worked very hard to get the deal I wanted. He personally picked up my new baby, the White Unicorn, as Ken named her, I love my new Jeep. It has most of the features that I was used to in my 2005 GC and extras I wouldn't have even thought of, such as air-lift suspension and remote starting using my mobile phone from anywhere in the country! Thank you everyone at David's. I will be back soon to get the Dupont coating on the White Unicorn and I hope to get the great customer service I had during the purchase of my new vehicle. More

First Rate Service I've always dreaded going to any car dealer to get my car serviced...especially because I was always treated like the 'girl' who didn't know anything I've always dreaded going to any car dealer to get my car serviced...especially because I was always treated like the 'girl' who didn't know anything about cars. But not here...actually, I feel like a know a lot!!! How can I be so lucky to get Andrew EVERY time I walk through the door...and he calls me by name...not because I'm always there, but because he is so very good at his job. He is friendly, helpful, and professional. Luckily, he's always there when I need him. I'm sure all the others are just a good at there job, but Andrew is on the top of my list. Just a quick word about the parts department....(and I which I could give names), but they are fantastic. My son has a 1990 jeep wrangler and lost his keys. I called the service department, gave them the information. Told them I would be there by the end of the day....and to my surprise they had the key waiting for me. I would have paid anything for that key...but the price we right, and the guys couldn't have been nicer. We now have two jeeps in the family...the second one was bought at David Dodge...Can't wait to buy a third. Thanks Andrew...I'll be back again, and again!!! More
