I first worked with Alyssa Mumley through email for about a week, who was very responsive to all my emails. I had very specific upgrade requests and a price I was looking to spend and she spent a great deal of time working with me to answer my questions and find a vehicle with my specific requests! The first time I visited the dealership, Steve Ellis met me in the parking lot and picked up exactly where Alyssa left off in helping me with my purchase. My husband and I worked with Steve over the course of a few days to appraise our trade-ins, test drive a comparable model, answer our questions and discuss some initial financing. Once we gave him the green light, he personally picked up my Cherokee for me and brought it back to the dealership, even calling to check in with me once he was with the vehicle! Our final step of the process involved Andy in Finance, who was not only knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining our options, but has quite a sense of humor, which kept the mood light and fun throughout the finance process. From the very beginning to the very end of my experience, I felt like the most important client at David’s. I think it’s important to note that David’s is not the closest Jeep dealership to my house and not the first I visited, but the short drive was worth the experience I received. Compared to experiences I’ve had at other local dealerships, the employees I worked with at David’s exceed not only in professionalism and quality, but also in friendliness and courtesy. Every interaction was enjoyable and efficient and I truly felt as though the employees worked to ensure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Superb purchase experience! Walking through the door of David Dodge we were immediately greeted by Dave Cooke who asked if we needed any help. After a short sit down with Dave to list out the options and packages we wanted, he informed us there was one on the lot with everything we wanted. He drove it around from the back lot and gave us a tour of the vehicle, describing technical and safety features including the adaptive cruise control, crumple zones, and engine specs. He accompanied us on a test drive to explain more interior features and develop rapport. Our initial intention was to hold off on the purchase of a new vehicle for a few months. However, after test driving other vehicle makes and visiting other Dodge dealerships in the area, we realized the purchase needed to happen within the last week of 2014. During our first visit, Dave introduced us to Joe Montoro who informed us of the incentives such as dealer penny-over-invoice pricing and additional rebates. A quote was quickly written up and was very competitive compared to offers of other dealers we visited later. We returned to David Dodge without hesitation because of the pleasureable, no-pressure pre-buy experience with Dave and Joe. Dave helped address some extremely minor cosmetic issues such as transport protection glue residue before filling out the purchase paperwork. Our experience was just as great with Tim Brown finalizing financing and payment. Tim was very personable. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly and helped make our experience an extremely pleasurable one. Dave Cooke was present throughout the process and was one of the main reasons we purchased from David Dodge. More

Finalizing all the details and paperwork was made easy with Andy Rash who explained in simple terms that I could understand. I received excellent service throughout the process and I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Patriot.
