I didn't expect to purchase a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was there to look and see how it would fit me. I dealt with Jerry who greeted my mother and I while we were still walking through the door. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Told me everything I wanted to know about the car and all of its features. I loved the car so we started working on the deal. I had a 2003 ford explorer to trade and wasnt pleased with the first offer of the trade value so the finance manager worked on it and came back with a much more respectable number and the deal was done. All the paperwork was handled by Tim Brown and he was even better than Jerry which I didn't think could happen. It was such a smooth and easy process. Oh and even got an inside look at the operation because it was tuesday and David and his staff had there team meeting and was treated to lunch. 100% satisfied and will be coming back when I need another new car, but only on Tuesday! More

Quick, efficient, pleasant to deal with I was looking for a RAM for towing and wanted certain specs and options on the truck. Not a happy customer I purchased a Jeep Wrangler band new in 2011, drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it, needless to say I just had to trade it in and buy a new car! It started about a year ago when my wrangler was making a weird sound, so I took my car in for service and I was told they didn't know what the noise was that they were going to have to call in a specialist to figure it out. 20 days later I get my car back and they are telling me everything is fine and the noise is fixed, Oh did I mention that they wanted me to take the car home before they knew what the problem was and told me to drive it, that it would be OK, REALLY!!!!! I have kids and I am not going to put them in a car with a mystery noise under the engine, after all at that point my car was only 2 years old! My jeep was running OK for a couple of months and then started making another sound under the hood, so I take it back again 3 times later in August I finally take my lemon back for the final time and freak out. I was told by Dawn not to worry they will take good care of me, since my car has had so many issues (as she made a face once she saw the mechanics report) I swore to myself that I would never purchase anything from David Dodge again, But since I really thought they were so sincere I thought I would trust them, and just chalked it up to that my last car was just a Lemon, and it was not their faught. Considering evyone I spoke to told me not to go there, they make promises they don't keep. Needless to say I Purchased a 2015 Jeep Laredo which is beautiful, however it did not have a back up camera in the car, I asked Dawn if I could get one put in considering all the problems I had there, thinking it was not much to ask, since I did pay for the new car, with not much of a discount I was told that I would have to pay half, Really !!!!!! She said she would get back to me and see what she could do, and I have yet to hear back from her or Dennis my salesman who said he thought I deserved it as well considering all my problems, well it is November 21st and I purchased my car the 1st week in October and still have heard nothing, even after sending 3 emails, I did receive one phone call, and after that NOTHING!!!!!! So I should have listened to what others were saying!!!!! Go to a dealership that really cares, I know I will never buy anything there again!!! More

The service people came out to speak to me about specific questions I had about options. The finance guy, Frank Smith was the main reason I bought my car there.
