AMAZING I called in on Saturday morning to talk about a lease I was already in and how upgrading vehicles would work in the future. I spoke with Brian Francis I called in on Saturday morning to talk about a lease I was already in and how upgrading vehicles would work in the future. I spoke with Brian Francis on the phone and he told me there were deals now for breaking my lease and he thinks my requirements to get into a Ram could be met. I got there he had my jeep assessed, and had me test drive a truck with in the first hour. Showed me everything about the truck i told him i wanted a specific color and Boom. He got me the Black truck I wanted it had running boards and a Bed liner. From the time we entered to the time we left it was a 4 hour process. It was the fastest I h vae ever bought or leased a car. He was so friendly, very nice to my son and made my experience wonderful. I have already referred him to 2 friends looking for new vehicles. We really felt like he understood what we needed and went the extra mile to make sure we walked away satisfied. We got a great price on our trade (Steven went back and pressed the sales manager for a better number), and my wife absolutely loves the Jeep Grand Cherokee we bought. We had intended to buy a Toyota, and had lousy experiences at two local Toyota dealers. We decided to check out the Jeeps at the last minute, and the whole test drive, shopping and buying the car took a total of less than 2 hours. Fantastic! Steven gets it. Customers don't want to feel like they are being taken advantage of, but rather want to feel like the dealer is being honest, and is really trying to help them get the product and price they want.
