It starts with Charles Barr who greets you with a smile and has an amazing personality. Always helpful and friendly and what better way to be greeted whether it be early morning or afternoon. He is by far the best they had in this position. Step two you get to deal with Andrew McCafferty who has a great skill set in dealing with customers and well as being extremely knowledgeable. Then the car gets handled off to one of there techs in this case it was Dave Bucci who is knowledgeable and handles the car with kid gloves. It seems whether it is this group of fine individuals or any of the other fine staff, I feel like my car is in great hands.. More

I have a two year old and a baby due in a week so it was really important for me to get the deal done and get out of there. Dave did a wonderful job as moving everything along as fast as possible. I also liked that Dave did all the negotiating with the management with our request and kept us out of that part of the deal. We drove away with a beautiful new Ram Longhorn and got a fair price for our trade ins. More

They were open to what my wife and I wanted and never felt pressured because they were willing to listen and be patient with us during the whole buying process. They explained everything in a professional manner and were quick to answer my questions and concerns about financing and other concerns as we worked through the process. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I ever had. Jason was most helpful in setting up the electronics in the car we purchased and was knowledgeable in explaining the aspects of how to operate the technology. He spent time in showing us how to operate the vehicle after the sale was closed. My experience in the past was read the manual and find out what to do, That was not the case in this experience. Time was spent after the sale to make sure we understood the systems. This was really important to us because of the all the electronics involved in todays car. Ken Infante was most helpful in coordinating the whole deal and this was done in a most friendly and cordial manner. Great experience and thanks to these two gentlemen. More

Wonderful experience After working unsuccessfully with a few dealerships to get the price I wanted for a 2014 Jeep GC Overland, David DRCJ is where I found my expectations After working unsuccessfully with a few dealerships to get the price I wanted for a 2014 Jeep GC Overland, David DRCJ is where I found my expectations to be met. I inquired about the Jeep via the internet by Melissa Haas. She is wonderful! She responded to my initial query in less than 12 hours and she answered all my questions almost immediately. Within a few hours, she scheduled an appointment for me to visit the showroom and test drive a GC similar to the one I wanted. At the appointment, I was greeted happily by Ken Gray, but it was Steve Gray who really helped me. He worked very hard to get the deal I wanted. He personally picked up my new baby, the White Unicorn, as Ken named her, I love my new Jeep. It has most of the features that I was used to in my 2005 GC and extras I wouldn't have even thought of, such as air-lift suspension and remote starting using my mobile phone from anywhere in the country! Thank you everyone at David's. I will be back soon to get the Dupont coating on the White Unicorn and I hope to get the great customer service I had during the purchase of my new vehicle. More
