Easy, quick and painless My husband and I knew we wanted a Jeep but we weren't sure which one to choose. It was a Saturday morning and even though it was crowded already, everyone was so friendly. Steve Ellis, with his big smile and casual manner, won us over right away. He gave me a bottle of water and a box of chocolates for Mother's Day. My husband was able to test drive the three Jeeps that he was interested in and we choose the 2014 Patriot. I wanted Navy Blue and I got my wish. The process went very smoothly and we were on our way by lunchtime, with our new car. On his way to work a few days earlier, my husband was hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. We were not planning on buying a new car for another year or so. There were times in the past when we purchased a car (from other dealers) where we sat in the dealership for hours waiting on numerous people to talk to. Not this time.
