Arrived early for the appointment. Service representative greeted us right away and new what we were there to have done. Oil change and tire rotation done in less than 30 minutes. Always a problem at this place. Every single time. This time, they did not shut the roof when it started to rain when we took it in for inspection. When we drop it off it was a be Every single time. For that not to be standard protocol for any Jeep dealer is beyond me. Terribly ran business in a great location. That is why they have success if any. More
