I scheduled an oil change for my Jetta using their online appointment system. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was disappointing. The service advisor I worked with had a poor attit appointment system. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was disappointing. The service advisor I worked with had a poor attitude throughout the visit. They became noticeably frustrated when I declined to provide my home address and instead used a secondary phone number. I prefer to limit the personal information I share, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable for making that choice. The bigger concern was the diagnosis. I was told my vehicle had a coolant leak into the oil, but the explanation didn’t make sense. When I asked to see the oil filter, I was told that coolant contamination wouldn’t be visible there. If coolant is mixing with the engine oil, it would circulate through the oil filter and leave evidence of contamination. The filter I was shown contained only normal engine oil, with no signs supporting the claim that coolant was present. Based on my experience with both the customer service and the diagnosis I received, I would think twice before bringing my vehicle here for service or purchasing a vehicle from here. More

I’ve made multiple calls to the dealership to try to resolve the situation, but I’ve received very little help. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. This is not my first negative experience with VW North Orlando, and unfortunately it confirms why I would never recommend this dealership. If you’re considering buying a Volkswagen, do yourself a favor and drive to another dealership. Saving a few miles isn’t worth the frustration, poor service, and lack of accountability I’ve experienced. Volkswagen has built its reputation on quality and customer care. In my experience, VW North Orlando falls far short of those standards. I regret purchasing my vehicle there and would strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere More
