Your service manager David is simply one of the best we have dealt with at Acura. He kept us informed every step of the way, explained any services we needed and went above and beyond. I’m new to the Austin area, Acura North Austin was chosen as it was the closest dealer to me. My service advisor David was great, he explained all of their policies related to diagnostics testing, the cost a as it was the closest dealer to me. My service advisor David was great, he explained all of their policies related to diagnostics testing, the cost and turn time. David kept me in the loop throughout the process. My decision to decline the repair was purely financial, at present I have to be mindful of my spending and I couldn’t justify additional expenses related to hourly labor cost. I wish we could have negotiated a better price for the repair but that’s business. More

We originally bought our MDX here in 2010, and we have had all service done here (225,000+ miles). We rely on Dave, the service rep that we have gone to for the past several years.
