I wish I could say the same for the finance department. After deciding to buy my RDX i was met with pushy, somewhat rude people in finance. I have an 820 credit score and ended up with 7.4% interest. I just refinanced and got a 4.3 interest rate. I wasn’t particularly happy with sales department either but I’d give them a B. The front desk man was very helpful and polite. All in all I’m happy, though. Love my new car. RDX not particularly smooth but it gives me the get up and go to get me out of dangerous situations while driving. Very happy. More
