Overall a great service. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Service Advisor mentioned other things I needed to get done. The only thing I found wrong was that a lug I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Service Advisor mentioned other things I needed to get done. I cannot stress enough how horrible service these folks offer. I will give 1 because there is no ZERO. I visit, chose a car, was told financing was better because they had incentives - wanted the same lowe offer. I will give 1 because there is no ZERO. Left dealership 5pm, called my bank, got approved for financing and contacted them at 8AM the next day saying I wanted the car and for them to start paperwork - including sending the bank approval letter. Left work at 2PM to go there sign things just to get an email saying they sold the car to someone else. REALLY? When I called the manager had the audacity to say "this is the car business" ... I am on the customer service business and if that happened on my industry we would be out of work!! Horrible, horrible !!! No care, no consideration, no commitment, nothing. I will never, ever step into a McDavid dealership EVER again. More
Beware, they lie at closing. I wish I had read all the terrible reviews before buying here. I came in buying a vehicle at full price. As a female buyer I can’t deal with the stress of negotiation, so I just found a decent price and paid in full. At closing, Peter told me I was purchasing an add on that would cover my maintenance completely. He told me I could drop my car off at any time for a wash and maintenance if I prepaid for this add on. Unfortunately, what he said verbally wasn’t in the contract. I just brought my car in after 3 months, and no only is maintenance not covered, but the car has additional issues with it that should have been fixed prior to selling it to me 3 months ago. After speaking to 5 people, including Clifton, the general manager, no one helped me with this issue. I’m just left as a customer who was lied to. I’m so frustrated that they didn’t make this right. I kept asking them to honor what they sold me, but no one bothered to call me. Don’t trust these guys, especially if you’re a female. So disappointing. More
This place provides bad service. My husband and I dropped off the car at 9:30 Am. They estimated it should be done in 1 and half hrs for oil change and maintenance. We waited until My husband and I dropped off the car at 9:30 Am. They estimated it should be done in 1 and half hrs for oil change and maintenance. We waited until 12pm for pick up the car. Then, they said they had not take care our car yet and it should be done in 45 mins. We continually waited 1 more hour. Until 1:30pm ,Again, they said we had to wait for 1 more hour. They were liers. Making us wait half of a day, but did not let us exactly how long it is. It is not make sense to spend a whole day just for oil change and maintenance. More
Chose to give 1 star since 0 star is not an option. The service advisor Adrian, doesn't know how to deal with customers or care to listen to their concern. Took my car for oil change and tire rotation, after leaving the dealership less then a mile I had to pull over cause I was hearing sounds from the front passenger, I called back and was told to bring it back....when I got back Adrian sent the technician who's initially worked on my car to check what was wrong. I asked the technician if I can also come into the service area to see what's wrong, the technician Cody, got permission and took me inside. The car was lifted back and while the technician was trying to remove the nut, he broke the stud in front of me. So I was told to go back in the waiting lounge area and Adrian came to me and told me that the reason I was hearing those sounds and vibration was due to the fact the stud was broken. He quickly blamed me for that and had a bad/aggressive tone. I explained to him that it was his technician fault and he quickly gave me a whatever look and left. Eventually they replaced the stud after an hour and I was told my car is ready again. I drove off again and I was hearing the sound. I called back to the service department and was told Adrian is busy at the moment so he will call me back, at the same time I was texting back at the number they gave me while my car was in service and Adrian said that my tires are bad. I had to drive to pep boys, pay them $30 for diagnostic and found out their service technician didn't torque the lug nut on all the wheels that why I was having vibrations and hearing sound since it was bumping into the calipers. My rims have scrape marks from the inside. Which is surprising knowing this is a an Acura dealership and that's how they treat customer car. I could've got into a wreck or my wheels could've fall off. This is the most worst dealership to service your car. If the dealership is understaff then maybe they shouldn't take more appointments or walk-in if they can't handle them. The service technician looked as if he just started but that guy Adrian he's just crap. I hardly give reviews but this time I was waiting to write this review up so people can be aware of this dealership. Total crap. If the service department is like this then maybe the sales department could be worse. More
