This dealer has no communication! Went into look at a vehicle and explained to the salesman the situation that I was coming from and 60 miles away to see the vehicle. I get to the dealership and the vehicle was being shown and the salesman was not even there! I did test drive the vehicle and was give first chance to buy. I did buy the vehicle and less than 2 weeks later and 400 miles! The vehicle is broken down! Will see how this plays out! I did buy an extended warranty. That is only as good a the dealership. More
Normally good service but had bad experience this time. Long wait before someone acknowledge and even longer before service write up. When car arrived it was not washed and had to wait more for car wash.Started noticing oil mark in drive way for few days and upon checking the drain valve was loose. Friend assisted with that to avoid another long wait at dealership. If allowed will share photo of oil leak due to loose drain valve. More
