I was assisted by a representative named Jesse, who proposed several services I declined, choosing only an oil change. When I inquired about discounts and offers, he did not explain anything and questioned why he should give a discount, claiming I wasn’t using their services frequently. I then showed him a discount coupon I received on my phone, after which he applied the discount. I also noticed a message on my phone indicating additional discounts, which he did not mention.
