I recently completed a service appointment at McDavid, a brand I have trusted for the past three years. Normally, the staff are very thorough in explaining all plans and discounts, but this time, I encounte brand I have trusted for the past three years. Normally, the staff are very thorough in explaining all plans and discounts, but this time, I encountered an issue. I was assisted by a representative named Jesse, who proposed several services I declined, choosing only an oil change. When I inquired about discounts and offers, he did not explain anything and questioned why he should give a discount, claiming I wasn’t using their services frequently. I then showed him a discount coupon I received on my phone, after which he applied the discount. I also noticed a message on my phone indicating additional discounts, which he did not mention. In the past, the staff explained discounts clearly and were very customer-focused. However, this experience was disappointing, and it has made me reconsider returning to McDavid. More
