Got there a bit early for service and was greeted quickly. Service Advisor Mohamed Ali was super nice and kept contact with me thru messages and also in person. Waiting room is super clean. I went to David McDavid Honda to purchase an 2026 CRV Hybrid Touring and anticipated spending most of my day there. They need to know about the car’s warranty’s . What’s the point of buying a car at Irving Honda dealership and they don’t know the warranty I have set up. They had to call Honda to find out what needed to be covered . They said it would take hours to find out what. I said no, find out and call me back and let me know. They still haven’t followed through with the phone call. The seat belt is broken . It should be fix with no charged. That’s a safety recalled vehicle. I should return the car back and get my money back. They’s breach of the contract I signed. So they should either fix it or I return for any vehicle that’s used on the lot. I shouldn’t have to worry about safety with Honda. I have a family of 6. Something needs to be done .Never have I owned a vehicle with a broken seat belt. Especially a pre certified used vehicle from Honda. More
