Just as before, sales team member Zahra Ghanbari and the financing team made the process of getting me into a new Civic (2025 model) MUCH easier than I thought it would be, and I'm loving the car. They turned a difficult situation into a breeze for me. And I must add a shout-out to Jordan, a new member of the Honda staff who kindly helped me return my rent car a few miles away after the purchase. Thanks a bunch, Jordan! More

We traded in a vehicle because the engine block had a crack in it and there was fluid in a cylinder. The car is BROKEN. It had to be jump started to make it to the dealership. Cracked wind shield, busted tail light, cracked block, fluid in the cylinder. Honda has all the paper work showing what is wrong with the vehicle. It was ALWAYS serviced at David McDavid of Irving. THEY KNOW it’s broken. It was listed for sale before we even left the dealership in our new car. How can it be legal to knowing be selling a DANGEROUS vehicle…. More

Earlier this year, my parents traded in a 17 Pilot for a 21 Pilot, Jay Shah was the salesperson. My parents live 2.5 hours away in NE Texas and made the trip out for the transaction. Shah ended up putting t 21 Pilot, Jay Shah was the salesperson. My parents live 2.5 hours away in NE Texas and made the trip out for the transaction. Shah ended up putting the wrong temp tag (for a 19 Civic) on the 21 Pilot, which my parents didn't notice until days later. Shah said "nah it's nothing to worry about" and couldn't care less and made no attempt to correct. What's worse, the 21 Pilot temp tag was put onto the traded-in 17 Pilot, so whoever bought that one, ran up a toll-tag bill of almost $500 in my parents' name in the DFW area, which was then recently sent to collections. How infuriating. Again, Shah and the dealership couldn't care less about this after multiple attempts and calls for action. So it's time for the DMV to step in, this has gone far enough. More
